Kana imo sulti nga 1000 deduction....sobra ra sab ka mo istroya oi istoryans ayaw pasobrae. imo deductions for taxes always jud na nga mag base sa imo salary bracket. Basic Salaray for teir1 & 2 agents is 8k. Teir 2 agents naay 8k bunos pero lisud apson ang ratio kay ang product daghan og problema, specially billing. Teir 1 agents maoy luoy kay walay nay bunos. Plus not allowed pa gyd ka mo take og break if naay technical issue ang product. Policy is.... way klaro, libug(ice_water is right)... Sweldo and bunos is 15 days delayed.

EXACTLY! we don't need you to educate us on what deductions Filipino citizens have..WE KNOW..
but clearly, being deducted WTX up to 2000 (or more.. note: no accountant to explain why)
with your basic a meager 8K AND THE FACT THAT THEY DIDN'T EVEN ASK FOR SSS, TIN, OR ANY OTHER REQUIREMENTS... is clearly..plain disgusting and down right... STUPID...

even those smaller BPOs that have been kind enough to make sure they're LEGAL...

I'm thankful for the brain God gave me to see clearly what is going on..

... I'd want to file a legal case against that company but it won't be to my advantage because
as a citizen, it is my responsibility to at least find out if the company I offer my blood, sweat, and tears to is legit..

I'm sure you've read how strongly many posters here feel about the negligence and stupidity

always having to edit stuff to be as civil and as unhurtful but possible
but this is definitely going to hit you where it hurts,
not because of how I said it but because you know I AM DAMN RIGHT

note: buang kaau ng policy nila na you must be in your workstation 15 minutes prior to your shift
or you're considered late, if you're late then YOU HAVE NO PAY FOR THE DAY..
then those 15 minutes are OT-TY.. and can only log out 15 minutes after your real log out time..
I'd bet if those that have been working in this place were as cruel as the management are,
they'd burn the place down to the ground.. and this is no exaggeration.

o dli xa 15 days.. false infor na kay ang tinuod 1 month delayed gyud ang bonus.. ay ug pina mai dha techwizard ky gkan pd ko ddto.. ug ka experience ko unsa ka delay ang bonus halos d na gani ihatag kng wa ga yaw2x and mga agent tawn.. kng wa pato ga balik2x ang mga agents ug pangutana sa HR wa gyoy action..
