WTF?! maayo pa man ang agent rate ana sa uban call center companies. maayo ra sad wala ko gitawagan and if ever tawagan ko, i'll tell them to SU*K their boss's FU*K*NG AS*.
The government of Cebu should put up a special team who will monitor these BPO companies especially the small-scale ones. I know we have DOLE but we need to have proactive participation from the government and hence they should put up this team.
