    mao jud but case to case basis, if the customer is extremely na jud iya gibuhat i think dapat sad tan awn ang side sa employee if he really deserve to terminate his job for that matter.

    Customer is NOT always right! I guess...
    but if your working as a customer service you have to make them feel they we're right coz in the very first please business is plain nothing without them.
    pero usahay...
    we have to educate them as well

    there is an old addage that says:

    "he who holds the gold, rules the world"...

    The customer may not always be right... but we should always make them feel that they are NOT wrong...

    just my humble opinion....

    the customer may always be right but the customer may not be right for you.

    many businesses quickly learn that their business cant profitably meet all customers requests, demands or expectations with their existing business model. the business opts to change its model or quickly suggests the customer finds another business.
