Bro, ds might help if you want to shape up your abs. Do set ups and crunches with weights at least 5 times a week. This will only take 15 to 30 mins a day. It will be better if you can jog twice a week or more. You can use dambells or barbell plate. You start with light weight then increase it every week. Believe me, in just one month you can already notice the development. :mrgreen:

^^^well sit ups r gud 2 tone ur abs, or even make it rock-hard but dose abs wudnt show up if layers of fat r on top of it, so if u wanna show off dose abs, u hav 2 balance ur diet n ur activity
