for me its no good since you will be influence by your colleague to smoke and drink. Based on my friends they are non smoker and non drinker a couple of weeks after they have that vices na so for me its not good working in that environment.

and then i came to realize mas nice i work ug small companies ky lax ra kaau ang mga agents mau na i go for those small ones nia mka ingon pud kang same ra ug rate sa mga dagko, less labor pah. hehehe

at first, very obedient follow all directives pa so always nice sa customers, but later on, it's to time for revenge.. working in a call center is a job where you do ur own thing without supervisors bugging you.. just don't get issues so ur attention won't be called. just enjoy the job, if cust are irates, well dont listen to them always say " not a problem sir/ma'am" .. eventhough cust would tell u.. "you're bullshit!u dont know what ur doing" ... response: (sleepy mode) not a problem, is there anything else that i may help u with?.... ending: cust got pissed and hang up..

1st month hangtod nlng nag 1 year.. way nakitang ka-ayuhan og opportunity nga mo lambo.. kay daghan mga sipsip.. esp mga bayot.. nka amgo nga ang mga tao kasagaran mga isip bata.. nka amgo og ni hawa... ng software developer kay mas klaro ang kaugma-on..
