not a good move though. mao ni problema sa ato govt officials karon. patay sindi ang lihok, muaksyon lng ug nanay problems or gubot. unta ila na huna hunaon ahead para wla nay disgrasya. just like dark alleys with no street lights, tanods all over the barangays should be on the lookout, motorcycle riding cops should be 24/7 on the go..... just my personal thoughts bah...

kung sa systems pa, it shoudl have redundancy and resiliency...
