idk about that but. katong naka palit kog brand new nga motherboard dnha sa SM dapit nga PC express gani.. naguba sad to the day after i bought it. IDK whats the problem really. so akong gi uli dd2 sa ilang branch(where i bought it.). then ilang g testingan "on the spot" after a week. g ilisan og brand new. wakekeke., so no problem sa akong side kai gi ilisan man nila.

sa ako na experience sa pcx.. naa pod time na gi uli nako ang guba na items.. ilisdan man dayun.. ako gibuhat ato kay nakig istorya raman ko og tarung.. dli isog isogan, depende sa diskarti ba.. gitawagan paman gani ko sa technician pag abot sa item. everytime mopalit ko sa pcx dagko pa og discount then mo suggest pa og unsay nindot na brand..
Sa ma timingan raka, if banga ka mo diskarte wa kay swerte. Pero its how you deal w/ the store. PCX is sometimes fair and sometimes not so I dont know why naay sometimes.
To all people who said corrupt ang govt. I think we all people know that, but are we going to tolerate that?

Pareha ra na, bisan asa na tindahan. Its how you deal with people. Naa man pud tingali na procedure kung mag RMA, di man na automatic ilis dayon, and di man pud ang taga PCX ang muilis kana kundi ang ila supplier, its the same bisan asa na tindahan.
Absolutely right! pero in the case of the thread starter, the PCX store is the fault. You cant blame the customer why she/he get mad, gipahulat cya ug 1 month unya wala pa jud.
Well the thread starter said its over ug nailisan na cya so I think pwede na ma close ni.
basa pd lage sa warranty policy or ask about the warranty para mkasabot pd ng mga bogo diha.. .1 month is enough nisobra lng...hehe..
