    mao sad ni ako experience before, more than a month before naku nakuha ako dvd+-rw maau gani kay bnew ang g ilis...

    btw just last week nag cge crash ako hard drive within 1 month pa raba nya g ad2 nko sa ila shop sa SM g low level format lang sa ila tech, pwd ba ta maka demand ug replacement daun? ila policy is direct replacement basta within a month..naa na sa ako ang drive karon pero igka 23 mo lapas na ug 1 month basin mag guba2x napud nya ni nya dili na nuon ilisan...

    libog lng ko ngano dili man daun cla maka ilis nga naa man cla bag.o nga stocks anyway pulihan mana sa manufacturer ug bnew nga item..!!!

    Its really how you approach, sa ka daghan sa ila gi process basin na overlooked lang nila imo item, then usually sa pag approach mana nimo it should not be morethan 1 month, infact 1 month is too much.

    The PCX jones as what I have known they are good especially the manager, they will replace you jud if found out nga naa problem. Ako bitaw I have a mobo w/c is morethan 2 months ila ko gi replace ug bnew 2x kay naa sad prob ang gi replace pero ni bayad ko sa penalty pero cge lang coz sulit mansad kay in favor man sa akoang side.

    Try to ask the manager talk 2 him, kaysa technical nila hasol jud kaayo na sila so I suggest you to go for that option.

    As what I have known coz I spoke to DTI recently, all electronics/computers which covered by the warranty, the vendor or the supplier should issue or replace directly the said defected item. Call the DTI if magka ingkaso.

    bitaw, you might as well seek help from agencies that oversee such trade, DTI is the best option, dili na tolerable ila practice..we are protected by consumer rights law, therefore ayaw ka hadlok..

    just about over a year ago nakapalit ko ug complete set na PC sa PCX and a few months later naay problem sa videocard, i went to them and the reply is the same ila "ipadala manila", seems it will discourage you to avail the warranty considering the long time it takes..so what i did is broke the useless warranty seal and had it repaired by local PC techs here, dali pa..though naay bayad minimal ra hinoun di sakit mas sakit pa mag sige ug huna-huna sa kalagot makig deal anang mga taw such as PCX hehehe.

    Mangutana unta ko what if naa nako sa Manila unya sa PCexpress cebu nako gipalit ang videocard maabtan ba gihapon ug one month paayo? Pwede ba sa Gilmore branch na lang nila magpaayo?

    MGA TAGA PCX or PCX guys I think nakabalu man cguro mo sa mga feedbacks regarding sa inyo store, so unsa man inyo buhaton ana? ignored? or what?

    Sakto bana inyo gi buhat sa inyo customer? Unsa kaha ibutang inyong side sa customer then ing anaon mo dba paet kaayo? I also contacted DTI recently and they said daghan kaayo reklamo ang PCX store kuyaw kuno makasugat mog dako nga customer dako possibility masirado jud mo.

    So karon samtang sayo pa, Why dont you do something? customers are very sensitive and some of them naka rely ang work sa computer item nga ila gi palit ninyo and to think the warranty terms are not infavor for customers why dont you do your job accurately.

    I have nothing against your store I am only concern to people who really having a hard time of getting their warranty from your store.

    Remember lingin ang BOLA dili inyo tanan ang panahon so think about it.

    Good news! Got a call an hour later after I posted this thread.

    Gi.ilisan na jud og bag.o hehehe I told them man gud if they won't do nothing about it. I'd SUE them. And I probably will hehehe.

    hehehe saon oi.. you have to threaten them pa jud para mo.bigay dayon. Luoy sad kaau tong taw nga ni.entertain nako nga g.nganlan og Serge kay na.rattle pag.abot nako hehehe

    Serge is a very nice person, mo tabang na cya and his from technical.

    You dont have to threaten them you have to know what to or how to approach or deal with them.

    yup, fight for ur right! in your case right now, i would seek & talk to the manager only. waste of time talking to the technicians or sales. talk to his/her face & that u have wasted so much of ur time now with their runarounds.

    btw, what is the brand of this dvd-writer? so we could factor that in next time we shop. thanks & good luck.
