    ako naka try ko.. when i woke up.. i drink 1 scoop of whey before lifting days.. during cardio days it's just plain water then after workout(weights) another serving of whey.. but it was only for a month.. did not have enough to really see the effects pero naka bantay ko ato na time purag ni sugod ug gawas ang mga definitions(only when i lift to the max).. karon i'm trying the natural way.. and eat what's( clean of course) been getting the same result.. more or less.. I like the ON kai naa na siya pakapin ug BCCA... which is very helpful..

    Always consult your doctor first before taking supplements, your body needs proper balance to function properly, any add on or less would probably complicate things for you, Example: a certain guy took an ampalaya containing supplement and it "cooked" his intestines, many factors could have contributed to this but let this serve as an example, better exercise and eat healthy foods for starters.
