i only take mine 20 minutes before workout (NO-Shotgun). this creatine variant don't need loading kay dili mani siya kadtong mono but rather the ethyl ester version so mas dali iyang delivery og absorption sa muscle. i drink whey also during workout as my protein drink. at night, i'd have solid food (2 hours before hitting the log) preferably compex carbs and/or protein para slow digesting, cos when you're sleeping you're in a catabolic state.. so kenahanglan nemu lawgan imo muscles in a timely manner.. but for those who'd rather have protein drink, i don't see any problem with that... especially, the one Onin mentioned, CASEIN.
