Do i have to expound? Believe me, kulang ta sa nurses, tan-awa ra gud na sa V sotto hosp, daghan kaayo pasyente ang uban naa na gani sa hallway nag bay-ad, usahay di na ka makakita ug naa bay nurse, Suffice to say, those who vehemently denied the shortage problem of nurses, threatened lang na sila nga wala na unya engineers, teachers etc kay namalhin na nursing tanan kay as i have said nag luck jod ta sa human resources in every field. We have more unemployed professionals diha sa pinas not because walay work available, there are lots of work available but they are not willing to take for some reasons, try scanning the classified section of your local daily, nagkalata ng mga ads diha, clear-cut kaayo ni nga manifestation nga there is actually a labor shortage, hinoon naa jod mga tawo nga tapulan kaayo!!!!!

relating to the experience of my cousin, nigraduate sya pag march 2006. took up and passed the board the same year. karon, wa pa jud tawn syay work ai.. cdu sya graduate. dako kaayo nagasto iyang family sa pagskwela niya. not only sa tuition but sa allowances and other misc fees. now, cge na sya kasab.an iya mama kay wa pa jud tawn syay work.
i have a tita sa states, head nurse na sya in one of the hospitals in california. she's trying to help my cousin para mkagawas na intawn. but the problem is,, she still needs to pass daghan kaau na exams which will cost a big amount of money napud.
grabe ka gasto ang course na nursing jud. after graduating, u still need a lot of money for the exams and processing of documents para gawas. mag ka utang2 lagi jud ang mga ginikanan.. paeta... nya wa pa jud sure if maka gawas ba jud ka. hahaaayy...

grabe na sad na imo cousin oi, maski volunteer work nalang wa gyod, kon way local experience di man ka makaapply sa US, samot na kon way CGFNS, ok ra NCLEX wala pa, ako pa niya mag med rep or apply sa review center for nurses, or private nurse sa mga aged anything nga related sa nursing, 2 yrs local experience ok na kaayo na for US, CDU man kaha siya pwede man siya mag CI didto.....or take sya another course for the mean time, dali ra man na paggawas.....para sa uban man god pod migration process appears too complicated for them, dili baya i organize lang na imo utok, naa ko nareceive e-mail ask unsaon pag abroad, board passer na, pero what worries her kay unsay process pag lukat ug passport........

laina pud sa reaction sa uban tao diri towards nursing students and nurses. sa akong pag sabot mura silag ga ingon og marisi sa mga nurse nga wala makalarga. instead nga muhatag og sympathy. para nako lang the thought lang nga nag nursing sila it means that they care about their future and their doing something about it. and i really admire these people. kaysa anang mga ga worship sa ilang call center job that is so temporary.

KAmo sad diha mga peeps, di sad ta mamintas ani nila ha, show them that we care for them and their needs.....kalimti na istorya nga mao ni mao na, nag call girl, arte kaayo, etc....kay wa baja ta kahibaw why they get into that thing....uban baya ana nila kay driven to sell their wares kay they were left with no other option because they have mouths to feed.....understand lng ta ha....they are humans like us so treat them like humans as well.....peeeeaaaace everyone!!!!
