i think Erap himself is in a way, lipay nalang nga dli sya ma labay sa munti, bahala na madugta sya sa tanay! adto na sya mamatay!

erap wont go to jail, why? its simply because there are too many people involved. kaya nga di mapaalis si arroyo because there are a lot of people involved during her alleged cheating against the king. if erap goes then so does the rest of the show, you know what i mean? he will not go to jail and at this point chavit is powerless to even send him to jail. because of what chavit has done before wala na siyang kakampi and im pretty sure that he's not that stupid to go all out again in testifying because if he does, he'll die, and thats a guarantee. so erap and jail? nah they dont mix, at least that what erap thinks.

Even his own appointee, one of the justices, could not do anything because the evidence is so clear and sufficient that he is guilty of the plunder charge against him.

It's a good thing that unlike the insinuation of the Erap camp, the people willingly accepted the court's decision. I think the legal community is also welcoming the decision. I guess the evidence clearly points out that the ousted president committed plunder.
