I've been to different corners of Mindanao due to my job and I would say anywhere outside ARMM (future Bangsamoro) would be fine. Typical towns and friendly faces, no need pa jud mag Tegeleg2x kay kasabot halos tanan ug Bisaya. And even the non-Cebuano speaking areas like Surigao provinces or South Cotabato, the people would switch to Bisaya if they find out that you don't know how to speak their language.

Davao and CDO are booming. Daghan nice views and tourist spots. As a Cebuano, di jud ka ma-OP sa Mindanao.

i lived in cagayan de oro and karon progressive na kaau.. ngkadghan na ang malls nya ngkatraffic napud..gamay lang jud sya na lugar.. its a peaceful city.. the city of golden friendship..hehehe

di man tanan hadlok sa mindanao.. mas mahadlok pako sa manila..
