wow ka nice gd tebee  as in effective jd??
thanks!

i don't really diet. i just eat 5-6 six small meals a day... i need to eat enough since i workout and do almost always heavy sets five days a week... you can diet and get skinny but you'd still look fat if you don't exercise since your muscles are not toned. start with exercise (strength and cardio) then control your food intake.. enough to keep you full but not satiated.. eat slowly cos it takes around 20mins for your brain to know your stomach is full... stay focus 'til your able to achieve your goal
ok ra man mag diet basta paresan ug exerxise right?

Im following the diet plan i got from the Men's Health website, and it encourages you to eat five times a day. Five small meals, that is. it lets you lose fat but not muscle mass, or so it says.
does it says there that you gotta exercise too? five to six meals a day is good but without exercise, i doubt you'd lose fatOriginally Posted by Isteb
i lost 1 inch from my waistline in 3 weeks. men's health actually advocates eating five to six times a day. meaning, eat between meals. but they have a specific guideline on what foods you should eat.

The Abs Diet is a nutritional diet created by Men's Health Magazine editor David Zinczenko. It is designed to be implemented as a life-style change.
The diet emphasizes the so-called Twelve Power Foods. The diet recommends six small meals spread throughout the day. Each major meal (breakfast, lunch, dinner) should contain at least three of the Power Foods. The snacks should contain at least one "Power Food".
