supinated grip - 150lbs
pronated grip - 200lbs
next target is to do weighted chins and dips... i've been doing them but using only my bodyweight..
deadlifts still @270 but four reps na
front squat finally added 10lbs more.. @160lbs for four reps also
squat 180lbs 8 reps mura manko nalibat hahahaha
20lbs more Onin and you're gonna hit 200 soon! :mrgreen:
ey guys, how much can you Dumbbell Incline Curl... dili alternate ha kanang dungan.. he he
after doing mostly rows and chinnings (compound exercise that also hits your biceps) i finally was able to do that curl using 45lb DBs... the best part of it kay wa nisakit ako wrist!![]()

question: whats the degree of inclination sa inyo bench when doing inclined bench press or like dumbbell curl? is 30 ok?

@onins: yep, depends asa ka nga gym but it should be between 30-45... pero di ba default naman na sa gym or basin adjustable na sa inyoha... ty diay bro
@pchan: yep, i'm using one but my hands hurt a lot when i'm doing my top sets kay baga na kaayog kubal ako mga tudlo... kinahanglan nag hand spa.. lol
not to mention, both hands and forearms are just tired cos i do rows and deads on the same day
