Do not argue with the enforcement of these Rules and Regulations. If you are requested to comply, comply. Persistent violations will result in a ban.

Let me ask you... Who would you prefer to be killed, Criminals or Inocent Peoples? Vigilantes are doing a good job! If there is no Vigilants, then Inocents will be killed...
Neither of them! Nobody wants to become criminal even criminals themselves they were just drifted away by opportunity and time. Basically, criminals are those people who have committed or been legally convicted.Originally Posted by kamikazeniel
In the first place, why do we need to kill them? Because they are criminals? ohh..ohh…ohh..they were still humans, they have right to live and forgiven. Let’s give them a chance to prove themselves that they deserved a second chance but in behind bars.
Much more on innocents. Why do we need to kill them?

Hmm.. doesn't killing people in cold blood, without the beneift of a trial, constitute murder? If so then the vigilantes are just as criminal as the "criminals" they kill. Crime can't be solved by commiting even more crime.
If you like the vigilantes so much, then write your congressmen to pass a law to make it legal to kill anyone you believe to be a criminal.
As for the person who said rapists and murderers will never change... if you really believe so, then write your congressman to pass a law to abolish prisons and just prescribe the death penalty for all convicts.
For me vigilantes are lawless elements and are just as bad as the "criminals" they kill... vigilantes do not respect the judicial process and the constitutional right to due process. All they do is promote a culture of violence.

I have heard that the Vigilantes do not kill at random as one might be lead to believe. Â*
They go after dangerous criminals(those who physically threatened their victims) and violent ex-convicts and survey their marks for further criminal activity... once they have their marks pegged then somehow they give the mark a warning either to change their ways, get out of the city or else die.
If the mark chooses to remain, then bye-bye. Â*
The vigilantes do promote a culture of violence, a culture as primitive and ingrained in our blood as Visayans, as Filipinos. Â*Remember we were warriors once, tribes who judged boys to be men after their first battle. Â*Like the warriors of old, these Vigilantes are said to have a code of honor. Â*They do not kill for need or pleasure, they warrant a sense of justification to pull the trigger, a warped sense of righteousness one might say.
Perhaps 101 Vigilante killings are a bit too much for a 'civilised' society in Cebu... Â*there are means to prevent crime and of course, stop the Vigilantes which I already written in a previous post in this thread, but its easier written in that post than done.
And oh, if you're wondering where I got the information about the local Vigilantes' modus operandi, I just sit in the front seat and listen to a lot of jeepney and taxi drivers talk... they sure know their way around the City, its ins and outs, even its underbelly...
