of course companies would love to migrate, but it is very expensive.

also, while some companies have the resource for upgrading the OS, one big factor they hesitate to upgrade is because of the enterprise tools that they are using may be too old for Windows 8.1 or Windows 10.

Why fix something that isn't broken?

XP maybe stable on old or perhaps outdated machines but when you install XP on newer machines today, it will just dragged your unit into the glorious time of year 2000 and will not benefit the new features that the hardware has.

Cost and Practicality on an existing and stable Company Wide PC infastracture.

    a. NEW OS minimum and Recommended Specs : Additional Cost
    b. MAN HOURS upgrading : Additional Cost
    c. MIGRATION TIME | DOWNTIME : Additional Cost

    d. OLD HARDWARE Support < such as OLD HP Printers, etc > when no more support | Buy new Printers : Additional Cost

usually if a network based application can not be support by old network hardwares
the solution arrived is to buy new hardware and plug it to the existing Network Architecture via new Gigabit or FC switches.

mao na cge pa ta kakita ug mga mga Pentium 4 na cluster servers sa mga Server rooms.

Sometimes it is not reasonable to upgrade to a new operating system because it will cost a lot for the upgrade process and also to get license copies of the operating system. Besides the company will upgrade their system if it is really necessary.

The cost of upgrading the server really matters for the company. Another thing why should a company upgrade their servers and client units if it is not really needed. It is just a waste of time and money for them.

WinXP's with zero-day exploits - Kung naay mag drive-by piti ni mga call-centera.. In a business like that, computer security should be of paramount importance.. Aw nag tinihik lang gud . ug mag kina-unsa ra ba ang mga employee ra ba dayon i-blame.. tsk tsk .. like atong call center karon nga gipalit sa TP . hahaha

I use XP's to host my bots and other black-hat things kay compatible man siya.

But important transactions such as hosting my bitcoin wallet and banking.. I'd prefer Windows 8.1 the genuine ones. I could not afford a compromise cause I know how this NEO's could infilitrate your PC's in sketchy ninja ways. So if your doing some serious business nga naay chance ma compromise then its best to use an updated version of Windows para your one-step ahead sa mga NEO's.
