strategically our country is located in the pathway of the typhoon. Yes there is a way, but I am not sure if how accurate it will work, it is a typhoon missile, it is expensive and just to think of it in a year we experience about more less 20 typhoon, and let say we will just choose some of the strongest typhoons to use this technology. but still our government will spend how many million for this. instead of using the money in a proper way to inform to upgrade the system in our weather bureau agency.

Preparedness and proper mitigation is the best way to avoid disaster.
