XDA II's software is French, is there any way to make it "English"??

My friend's XDA II (also known as Qtek 2020) has a French software, OS, whatever you may call it thus he is having a hard time navigating the menu, the players, the inbox, etc..etc.. In simpler terms, he is having a hard time using the unit itself.

What's the solution to this? Re-flash the OS with an english version? Or is there any program that can be installed to convert everything to English? Or what?

All OS or rom has english language. You may check the settings.. or else hard reset it then you can choose which language you want to use at the start up after hard reset.

After hard reset, all user data will be erased. Make a back up if possible.

arnoldsa- check your rom ver. >> settings>system>device information ... english should end in WWE
