Its natural for a doctor to scold a patient kay wala na follow ang medication na gi prepare para niya. BUT there is a better way of doing it. He may be one of the best dermatologist here but it doesnt give him the right and the privilege to just say things that maybe for him is normal and cool but to the patient.. Its not OK at all.. He must consider that his patients have different personalites. Im sure ts has his own reason why he was not able to follow the medication. And maybe for doc verallo the reason why he was upset its bec people come to him for treatment and he expects patienst to follow what he says otherwise whats the purpose of going to a doctor if patients wont follow anyway..maybe he feels a little bit disrespected with the thought of it.. BUT then again... It could have been done in a better way.. He could have just inform TS the effects of not following the meds.. He could have warn the patients that not following meds is useless for the treatment and that he will be very angry ..in a good way... Not saying harsh words.. Not shouting.. Not letting the patient go out.. Its not easy to wait long for a doctor.. His patients have so much patience in waiting for their turn to be seen and treated, hope he will have the patience also in understanding the diffrent people in his everyday practice as a doctor.

I would thank him for caring, but I would never thank him for insulting me.

It's good that he cares, but that's not an excuse to disrespect patients.

the TS has the freedom to blog about his experience. I feel sorry for you, and I hope the doctor will read this and realize that while he was healing superficial blemishes/scars, he created emotional wounds that no cream or ointment can heal.

Without thinking if the doctor is right or you are right, i would say that you may have to partly blame yourself in the first place.
Why did you allow him to do that to you in the first place?
Had you answered back outright when he did that to you, i believe he will be taken aback and not treat you as he did.

I remember during my younger days, a dog used to chase me everytime he sees me nearing his territory. I use to run away from him as fast as i can. I have become his prey.
Later on i realized that i cannot simply run away from him everytime he chases me and becomes his prey.
So i decided the next time he chase me, i would still run, but this time towards him and NOT away. From that moment on, that dog would run away everytime he sees me. The hunter became the hunted.

Believe me, these can be true to human beings too.

sis i totally i agree. i had the same experience as this guy. same jud ug words gipang gamit sa ako. bogo, utuk bulinaw nya masagpaan daw ko niya if mag dugay ko and sure daw siya di ko mugraduate sa ako kurso kay bugu daw ko. ang ako lang, pasyente ra gud ko, wa ko kabaw kung unsa juy dapat. kato nga time kay wa na jud nako kaya ang kahapdos gani sa benzoyl peroxide nga iyang gi prescribe nako which is 10% raba, wa sad ko niya gi educate about sa iyang mga tambal. inconsiderate kaayo ditso2g yawyaw. mao to ako gihunung ang usa niya gi prescribe. di jud angay i threaten ko niya ana2. hilas ra kaayo. maayo unta siya nga doctor pero kung ing.ani iyang batasan, he deserves to lose his reputation jud. wa jud siyay ayo jud
