well, to state a few... NEC( UP extension), Alliance, NTW, Lexmark, Epson, and other software companies..cheers!!!

er, extension? afaik, majority of the population in nec are from usc. as for the other companies you've mentioned i do know cit,usc,uc,cite also have their share of people there.anyway, thanks for the info

Mostly self-taught? Unsa na diay purpose sa school gyud name lang?
We are talking about a good school for an average person. Go for CIT, USC-TC, UC and others.. =)

i wud suggest UP or USC-TC..

murag karon dili na ko mutuo anang mga istorya istorya nga naa ra na sa estudyante.. though of course maski unsa pa ka nindot sa school nya ang student mismo walay ayo.. wala jud siya ayo and gamay jud iyang chance.. but still mu play gyud sa iyang part ang school where the student came from.. the company where i am affiliated now only hires fresh grads from UP and USC.. ambot murag karon apil na sad ang CIT.. la ko sure.. kana kung sa cebu lang nga schools, of course mang hire sad sila sa mindanao ug luzon schools.. like msu-iit, addu, admu, la salle, ug uban pa.. so kung imong tan awon, if paningkamot ra sa student ang basihan.. maski giunsa pa nimo ug paningkamot pero ang mga companies dili mu hire ug fresh grads from imong school.. wala gihapon ayo. so mao na i think mu play jud sa ilang part ang school. dili ang paningkamot lang sa students..

and my reason for recommending both schools is tungod sikat sila and ang mga companies mu hire jud ug graduates from both schools.. and as an implication, maau cguro ang mga graduates from both schools in general.. i am not a graduate of UP so dili ko makadescribe sa ilang system or sa mga strong points sa ilang CS.. i am a graduate of USC.. BSCS.. and i think nindot ang imong foundation sa USC.. first nimo nga language is C.. for 2 years na.. kay ang data structures C man sa ang means nila.. ambot lang kaha karon kung nausab na ba.. then ang data structures nila nindot sad.. strict ang teacher but maau sad kaau mutudlo.. and if magpabuang buang ka, aw hangbong jud ka.. next is ang systems analysis and design.. lisud kaau pero mura na ug nag trabaho na ka which is good, i think.. ang experience.. at least dili ka mabag ohan kung naa na nya ka sa imong first nga company nga masudlan.. you go through all the standard steps nga kailangan agi-an when developing a system for a client.. also the school is a partner of oracle.. nindot sad ang dba nga class.. oracle academic initiative member na sila.. i think karon sun certified learning institution na sad ni sila.. so murag maau sad ilang java..

mao lang na akong recommendations..

kon Comp-e maybe UC nindot man pod ila curriculum did2 b4 and UC s d 1st school n cebu to offer Comp-e maybe ganahan ka but still its ur choice e consider lang imo capacity sa pag skwela like budget,accessibility,etc.., but then again depende rajed na sa imong paninkamot brod, sagda-e lang na oban mo claim nga d best ila alma mater kay rights mana nila maybe mga ngelngeg nana cla now adays....PEACE!

USC-TC under Mdm Peña... or any other school nga naay Mdm Peña. Ask the students nga na under ani niya. Best and worst teacher. Kay dili jud ka kapasar kung dili ka kabaw. Pero maayo kaayo cya mu tudlo.
