    kasagaran nag work call centers man gud kai hilig kaayu inum,sigarilyu,kape..
    grabeh jud bitaw ka stressful..
    samot ka short ang life span..

    if la gani work,relax..take as much sleep as you can..

    Maski asa ka nga trabaho mabutang kung wa jud kay disiplina wa jud kay padulngan.
    Every job has its hazards and sa call centers perti rajud sayona pag overcome. Rest, rest, rest, and eat well. Mao ra jud tawon. Kung di nimo kaya buhaton na maski dakilang security guard paka mamatay gihapon ka.

    Kung kiat lng imo gusto nya di ka kahulat ug day off for gimmicks then be prepared to pay the price and dont blame the job. There are other ways to unwind w/o sacrificing rest.

    Kung di nimo kaya ang mga hasol kaayo nga customers or you dont enjoy the job then its a very clear sign to move on, rather than wait for burn out or worse death due to stress.

    Hinoon ok sad ako account kay di kaayo hasol ang mga customer and perti ra sayuna sa metrics. Maybe Im just lucky, but still naa man gihapoy ma burn out

    ngano man lagi nang mga doctors and nurses wa man lagi na mamatay sa stress. they also work on different shift. there are many other jobs out there that are a lot more stressful than working in a call center. obviously this call agent has an underlying medical condition but the fact na he collapsed at work and died does not automatically mean nga ang trabaho maoy naka ingon. a person can have a heart attack due to hypertension (meaning high blood presssure) even just sitting down watching tv. it can happen anytime and anywhere. even if these call center companies implements exercises and conduct regular blood pressure check-up, they have absolutely no control whatsoever over their employees life style outside of work. naay ubang taw abosado kaayo sa ilang lawas nya kung ma atlan gani na mamatay sa trabaho-an ang trabaho dayon pasanginlan.
