the facts presented is a pill difficult to swallow , even nicole formers lawyers have accuse his parents of lying and vice versa, i think it is one night stand sxx that gone wrong, it's like have to stop at the middle of action, nicole by observation is not the typical filipina, she is kinda girl u commonly encounter in colledge campus lots of party, drink, fun .

i want to believe that she was rape,just like that duke rape case in cnn, and unfortunately for that marine kid he was an american at the wrong time at the wrong place and that's it and we are compeled to support fellow filipinos , if he were a pinoy the accuse the verdict would be not guilty.. so NICOLE would u please stop partying around.
