Planning to quit my call center job napud. Been in the business for almost 3 years. Natuyok na tanan shift scheds.. Though chat support rako, kapoy man japon.. The burden of all the changes rapidly happening in just a blink of the eye is stressful enough. Daghan kaau changes, pero walay umento. Sad but true. I'm currently on a leave now. Unpaid for 1 whole month. Cge nakog job hunting. Hihihi kanang online na pede raka naa sa balay. Home based lang. Bahalag dli kaau pareho kadak-a ang sweldo sa CC pero at least, dli man sad kaau stressful. You get to stay at home, eat healthy foods with your family, no boss to demand you anything, time is within your control. Dli usik plite, dli ka matulis, dli ka magreklamo kay dugay modagan ang jeep. You can have vacation anytime. Dli ka mag worry sa scheds na every week changing, sa RDs na hapit tag 10 days away, og VLs na wala ma file kay wala nay vacant time allowance. Walay log-ins that will affect your pay, lates that will cause you IRs, avaya punches that will make you fail adherence as well as walay customers na sila pay kusog mamalikas og dli mamayad, sila pay naay gana mo survey og NOT HELPFUL/UNRESOLVED na maoy makapahagbong sa imong scorecard. Hahahaha! Hasula. Kanindot na paminawon anang wala naka sa CC oy. Huhuhuhu.

@snifruz: nope, not that familiar with seo, not yet. im more into dreamweaver and still polishing my rusty skills in flash..

sad, but people who were supposed to be my friends, they were the first to laugh at me when i quit my job, as is. they keep asking asa me balhin, etc, that im making things complicated. but these comments never affected my decision for i know that im on the right path

@ EXZ: don't think nasaun kaayo ang homebased. mapaso jud ka labi na you do not know everything about this kind of business and the worst part is if ma scam ka ang panahon na moha gi-gugol mausik jud and di pa jd na lalim kung naa ka gibuhi na pamilya.

Everybody can read what is written on the script, and can answer calls from customers but not everybody has the same skills that what you are pursuing now. If maayo na ka ana, for sure dako ka ma income...Sunod, kaw nasad mgkatawa nila. Ingnon daun nimo, how much are you earning? Ah 14,000php a month, 1 week raman na salary nako

hmmm.. for me murag dili jud na para imuha ang pag call center.. u have the skills in designing using photoshop, web designing using html, adobe, css and etc.. y not apply as a web designer in some of the IT companies here in cebu oh di kaya go abroad.. hehe

Ako pud TS ni quit ko sa ako CC na job ky nanambok ko ug maayu dd2 heheh unhealthy man gd hekhek kana imung mga skills ts gamit ayu na sa amu company pero sad to say wala pa mi nag hiring ron... hehehe
