    Mao mnpod ni ako nasugatan before pa nga dli ablihan kong dili paliton pero naa pod tym nga mka browse2 pod ka. Ambot lang jud ai sahai sugtan sahai dili. Depende cguro sa sales staff pod.
    Sa SM pod ang store ato pero dli nalang nako e-mention ang name.
    Ngka prob pod ko ato. Regarding a accessories. Gika storya pa gni nako ang manager. Hadlok pod sila ui once mubalik napod ko didto.
    hint: 7 letter word ang name sa store.

    kinsai naka kita sa sign? walay ge butang certificate ngadto? coz if it does have sayop nimu TS.....

    and in the first place kibaw naka TS once imo ablihan dapat paliton nah...... nganu wa man ka mangutana kung pila bayran before nimu ablihan? diha pud imong sayop....

    nag follow ratu sa policy sa shop ang sales lady.... nya wala pajud nimu storya-a ang manager... d jud ka ma sulbad diri..

    @springfield...we are talking about the bad experience of the TS with regards to the inquiry he has made. Kabuang sa sales staff? ug ako lang ni ang tag iya manugo ko ug kaila and let them pretend nga sila ang customer... i think you will be able to distinguish the good employees from the bad ones... daotan plano sa TS? nganu god iya plano daotan nga siya man mismo naka suway sa bad experience sa cell pod...

    ikaw springfield unsa may pagsabot nimu ani?

    sales staff dili pwede tanawon ang unit ug dili paliton..

    mubuhat ta ug thread nya mu express ta sa atong dissapointment is IMMATURE?
    sayon ra kay na nimu masulti bay.... kay dili man ikaw... sayon ra kay ka mu judge ug tao...

    gather your facts and get your shyt straight and not from a lone person who in a way nagpahungaw ra .
    ako i had a bad experience with them .... I inquired the vanity numbers they are selling. One gave me a price of all the sim cards and she told me P1000.00 each daw tanan. Then when i went back on the next day another sales rep from the store told me nga 500.00 each ra. So kinsa man ang nagsulti sa ilaha ug tinuod... Dba this is bad experience. Ikaw unsa may impression nimu diba maka ingon gyud ka ang usa tindera nipatong diay toh sya.... This makes us two dissatisffied customers... this are not facts but these are true events nga nahitabo? so unsa may nakadaot ana ug ISULTI NATO ANG TINUOD para makabalo ang mga tao

    customer service of a sales staff is the responsibility of the SHOP itself.. management should learn on how to TRAIN their staff on handling customers well..

    inana dyud na ila promo ay pati sa countyrmall....Me and my hubby bought a samsung nga old model..ang price was "650 on sale dawnaka-post pa! so ana mi paliton namo diay to 850 ghapon ky ang 200 daw ky gift certificate...ana ko''miss di lang mi anang gc,ang unit ra amo para 650 ra...'' ana sya di daw pwede ky pang accessories daw dyud dapat ang gc..naunsa! di unta sila patakag post ug price nga pa-sale2x pa diay to orig price ghapon ang mabyran ipaagi rag gc ang discount! nindot untag sa lain pwede mapurchase ang gc sa ilaha raman ghapon..even a small cp nga higot2x..200 pesos? di ka malain? lol

    For me lang ha, Wala man siguro problema kung magpahungaw ta diri sa forum kung naa tay bad experience pero sama sa gisulti ni springfield nga maghuna2x or responsable sad ta sa atong i post. You are dropping a company/store name, wherein in the first place ikaw mismo ang naay sayop kay nipili ka ug store nga out sa budget nimo... as of this post gani wala nimo gi acknowledge imong sayop. Usa pa, ang conflict is between you and the sales lady. Kung naka box ug sealed ang unit, wala sayop ang sales lady kung mo balibad sya. Mao bitaw naay testing phones sa kada store para makita sa customer unsay ang nawong sa phone prior buying. Of course kung maablihan na ang box, sure na jud na nga paliton nimo. Testing daun kung naa bai defects then sultian ka sa mode sa ilang warranty prior leaving the store. Sa imong statement, wala ka malooy sa sales lady nga naablihan na ang box nya wala nimo gidaun ug palit? Kinsa kahay makatapal ana?

    About sa gift certificate, kung naa kay reklamo ani ni ask ta ka sa supervisor/manager why and why ingon ana ang paagi nga for casual customers misleading kaayo ang prices. Gibuhat ba nimo, wala di ba? Ang mga sales ladies motuman ra na sila unsay sugo sa ilang amo, wala na silay labot anang mga GC or sa mga prices nga gipang display sa ilang store tawon oi. Unless kung arogante kaayo modala ug customer, singkahan ba ka o mamalikas ba, as a customer naa kay right mo reprimand.

    This should be a lesson to all. Think about the damaged reputation in case we are at fault and not the store. Sometimes man gud as customers we think that we are always right where in fact we're not in some ways.

    see. experience ghapon ni nila. Meaning TINUOD NI. I remember before same store ghapon, countrymall branch. Dle nila ilisan ang brandnew nga unit sa nka palit coz the unit turned out to be defective after a day of using it. Naabot gani to cla sa DTI. the result was pilde ang cellpod. Gi post man gani to ngari sa istorya.

    what i mean is that,STRATEGY GYUD NI SA STORE ang ilad style. In which is illegal matod sa atong balaud. ( pls see consumer rights )

    Nindot mani nga thread para aware ang mga tao.

    and by the way, what is he to GAIN if iyang dauton ang store Duna pud kaha cxa cellshop nga store...if thats the case, everyday cxa maghimo ug panaut sa cell stores ngari kay perti baya daghana cellshop sa cebu.

    So where is the MOTIVE....or kaha the TS is telling the truth. at least gi aware ta niya.
