How did you know they are trying to scam you ? Did you talk to the MANAGER or SUPERVISOR ? I agree na sayop ang sulti sa sales staff but by you leaving , it really didnt fix the problem kay na concern man kaha ka .

i think this is a scam kanang mu engon ani " sir dli bya pwede mo tan-aw sa unit kung dli paliton..." the buyer still has the option not to buy if he/she is not furtherly explained with regards to the phone he is buying... murag desperate naman kaayo maka halin ang tindahan sa ingon aning kalakiha... Unya ilang customer service is way different if you compared to other shops... Then ang ilang presyo lain lain. with regards to the sim card inquiry i made. There were two prices that were given to me by two people...so which is which? i think there is something wrong with this store...
hmmm...TS, makasapot jud na...but murag galibog ko why you went for a phone nga mas mahal sa imo gipangita...in most cases, cellshops would strip down the unit para mkipagcompete sa price, for example, SRP for phone A would be 5.8k but they would advertise it outside for 5k, but then they would strip some accessories that should be bundled like original headphones, memory card, or extra batteries- this is the nature of their business, in your case, murag da pangilad sad ila nga GC diay ng 500, dapat ila unta gispecify nga GC diay na but dili discount...if I was you I would have spoken with the manager as well...di sad maayo ng dili epakita ng fone unless imo paliton-this is BS, wala jud siguro to na train maayo ang sales lady..
it was your right not to purchase the unit.. go to DTI and be careful next time!!

The point is , dili man entirely ang CELLPOD ang naay problema diri . Its between the TS ( as a consumer ) and the SALES STAFF who gave a not so truthful information and a lousy explanation .
ALong the way , GUBA na ang ngalan na CELLPOD . If kamo ang owner sa CELLPOD what would you do ? How would you feel about the actions of your sales staff ? By the TS ?
By the way , I am in no way connected to CELLPOD . I just find it funny for the TS ngano ni sud siya didto na out of the budget man ang gipangita niya knowingly daan sa gawas pa lang . Akong panglagpas lang , maski naa gyud to 500 PHp discount which makes it 5,300 PHp , I dont think paliton gihapon yo sa TS . Then comes here , di lang kay ikaw but hundreds of others lang na naa gani reklamo s ais aka store .... naa dayon diri himo ug topic THIS and THAT . Kapoy ninyo .
Next time , try to weigh things . Actions speaks louder than words .
For consolation na lang noh ? Go back to that store , act again like a new customer , same gani gihapon ang issues nila then talk to the manager . That way , makita gyud ang katag .

Ug naa man gani lapses ang mga empleyado diri its because wala ni sila gi briefing ug nag agi ug seminar cguro. kay ug tarong pani mga tao diri dili unta maabot ug engon ani. ug naguba man gani ang pangalan sa CELLPOD its all because of their employees lapses. One mistake sa ilang staff will be a hit to all. Ug nagtinarong sila sa ilang customer service wala kay madungan reklamo...
Ug ako ang owner sa cellpod unya naa koy staff dili kabaw mu serbisyo sa mga customer aw ako potbolon..... ako nang katungog potbolon sya kay wala sya mu tarong sa iyang trabaho... Ug wala ang customer, walay halin!!! mao hilasan ko diha sa mga tindera, mamili lang sila sa ilang serbisyohan.
mao ba,, imo tang nang gi pahibalo sa management sa sm bro,, basin wla sila kabalo anang pama agi diha nga cell shop..
