XP mode is Windows XP running thru a virtual box. Nya ang virtual box installed as a program in Windows 7.

Are you referring to dual boot bro? Or virtual XP?

I'm not even going to ask for system specs. Win 7 runs well even on a netbook. If it's slow on a Core 2 Duo, consider virus/spyware infection, fragmented hard drive, messed up registry. In other words, the usual suspects.

Maybe bug-at imong antivirus or you're running more than one? If you think it's your antivirus switch to a lighter program like VIPRE, NOD 32 or kung free, MS Security Essentials or avast!. How about your Firewall? Do you have too many programs that start up with Windows?

kung ma meet lang nimo ang system requirements, W7 is a better upgrade than Vista. pero up to now, wapa gyud ko nahanas sa W7, so i'm using my old system P4-XP most of the time..
