Mr. Hawking isn't "blaming God". He's saying there isn't one. Thus, your statement highlighted in green above, is one committing the Red Herring fallacy, which is an expression referring to the rhetorical or literary tactic of diverting attention away from an item of significance.

Also, his illness isn't a product of disbelief nor is it in any way, connected to his absence of faith/religion--it is a disorder brought about by specific causes, all of which can be explained by biology/medicine.
