you'll be surprised at the type of managers who get hired these days..and from a call center nowadays, that's no surprise..not to mention the values that come along with the person..

    SAD BUT TRUE INDEED...

if it's the agent vs. manager, very rare ra kau mulaban ang admin sa agent maskin klaro na kau at fault ang manager, you know the saying "kinsay duol sa luwag/kalaha"? tinuod jd na...kinsa may duol sa top management, ang rank-and-file na employee or ang manager?

and also, companies nowadays specially call centers promotes people to supervisory level based ONLY on stats and performance as an agent, some new supervisors man gani wala jd people skills, di kahibaw mu-motivate ug mga agents sa team, they should hire/promote someone with lots of patience and good if not excellent people skills...even the great Michael Jordan admitted that he can't be a good coach no matter how great a player he is, because as he said, "I don't have the patience to coach."

my last supervisor in my first call center company was the worst i ever encountered...dili nalang ko mu-elaborate but the thing is, he sold me out...!!

True that. If you have been in any business/ organization that requires management and individuals. What is usually practiced is that lain2x ug qualities ang individuals na ibutang. Some, individuals get to be in a management position, because kadto siya na manager can be easily manipulated by the higher ups.

I'm not thinking DOLE, not direct confrontation. I'm talking about manipulation...It can be done. Like chess. Now if that doesn't work, then there is always that day when the manager gets hit by some random vehicle.

Ug ako pay manager nga na-provoke sa agent noh... ako istoryaon diretso kesa mag-email2x pa ko ug ina-ani... Siya na nuon maalaot kay nikatag ang iyang email...which by the sound of it dili jud formal.

Di man advisable sa mga manager nga patulan ang agent oi. Dapat mag-hearing sila if naay reklamo kesa mag-email2x ug in-ani. Mosamut nuon kabati iyang name..

5 years nga agent then nadiretso ka OM? wow...asa ni nga company kay anha ko...hahaha.. Dapat ang IJP sa mga positions like OM sa mga TL, GL and SGL ra man na i-offer oi. Shows how incompetitive this manager is.
