If that letter is for real, then she doesn't get my vote of confidence. Basin manager na siya sa RSSI? Grabeha noh...Im dumb founded...Ngano kaha na Manager na siya.
Truth is, I had an experience calling a call center company. I spoke with an agent...The agent was a bit ok. When I asked for the manager, I was stunned. Galisud ug eninglish ang manager....

Fact is, "concerned agent" brought this up with owners of the company already. I don't know what is happening behind close doors. I don't even know if she was warned by the owners to get her act together or what. basin kalit lang mawagtang, who knows.
but the thing is, she's working in a call center. you've got to have good English comm skills and people skills, man. and yes, i can assure you the letter is for real.
English aside, there's that part there about bringing a priest and bible and rosary, and that's the part that ticks me off. don't have anything against religion, but telling you that she has this habit of spewing off about God and not being a very good Christian. you get what i mean?
for me thats taking the Lord's name in vain.
Also, there's such a thing as writing corporate letters the proper way, bisan nag lagot na jud ka. LOL

The reason why she is manager is because she can get away with writing letters like that, and still be a manager. While you are here posting and brooding about how bad your manager is. You want that manager out of there? Then plan and act on making that happen.

Being a manager doesn't mean that you have to be really good at english...She may have some other skills that are useful as a manager. But truth is, his/her english is an epic failure. Question? Is this letter even real? From a call center company? I kind of find that hard to believe..Maayo pa man mu english ang mga guard sa CVG adto...

that's kinda hard bro..once call center agent against a company's administration..believe it or not, nobody's gonna back up that poor agent..bring up the concern to DOLE..now that takes a loooong time..and even then, there isn't any assurance of justice..

you'll be surprised at the type of managers who get hired these days..and from a call center nowadays, that's no surprise..not to mention the values that come along with the person..
