We need to have City Planning and DPWH re asses conditions of our roads, kay its really getting bad out there plus its not safe for local citizens na ... when its not safe someone needs to address it. I'm not a know all but figure out a comprehensive drive to fix our roads in Cebu , heck there is no shame in asking for private support. Lets think outside the box, instead of thinking we are stuck with the norm of ... "sige nalang mao may naandan" , lets do something ...

i wonder if someone would come up with a road made of plastic, preferably recycled materials, that are both durable and would work well against the wear and tear of roads in a tropical country. heat resistant and low maintenance. i have a feeling we might actually see something like that soon.
