philequity is a mutualfund company.
prulife is a life insurance company.

if u want pure life insurance go to a life insurance company and buy the cheapest life insurance product (it's called TERM insurance or Pure insurance).
if u want invesment, go straight to mutualfund companies, where you get the better investment returns compared to banks/uitfs/insurance package.

prulife isnt an investment company, it's an insurance company, if u need investment, dont go to an insurance company, instead, go to an investment company. common mistake of alot of people, is they go to an insurance agent to buy investment products... go to an investment adviser or a real financial adviser.

1. Please accomplish the following forms:

• Account Opening Form - Individual (2 copies) ( I have a form for this)
• Investment Application Form (1 copy) ( I have a form for this)
• Investor Risk Profiling Questionnaire (1 copy) ( I have a form for this)
• Signature Card (1 copy) ( I have a form for this)

2. Please submit a photocopy of 2 valid IDs (at least 1 government-issued ID). Valid IDs are those which contain a photo of yourself, your complete name and your visible signature and have not expired.



For institutions
1. Please accomplish the following forms:
