same here! after 5 days waiting for they same feedback na ongoing pa, I have decided to visit on the 6th day and that was saturday and as use Less they said hopeless gyud imo board. wala nako na shock kay after reading all comments i have observed that GV exist because of the their diagnostic fee.
They worse thing: I decided to pull out the item right away and they said that I cannot get my item for that must be scheduled for pull out (hemmmmm watch out mo ana na strategy basin nangita lng time para maka ......... ) and one thing the refund must also be scheduled.
Of course I got angry on why they cannot refund me right away but they explained to us, ni kalma lng sa ko and they said that they cannot also release my item kay idungan ra sa refund, pabalikon rako monday just to get the refund and my item. ni bukal na gyud ako dugo and at the end gi refund ra gyud nila.
grabi! nid paka mangisog una ka refunan nila.. imagine mag ask ug 50% down payment nya pabalikon lng ka for refund ug dili nila maayo. Kabayad paka ug diagnostic fee pabalikon pa gyud ka.
to GV count me as one of your lost customer! taas ko respect to Boss Ruel but the new management karon wala na gyud.
aguy ka ka kuyaw aning ako og maparehas sa imoha. first kay burn-in, then on-going, next kay tawagan rako, lately sige nag promise.. naay ugma, next monday... walay technician... ang kuyawg mo-ingon "hopeless" after all their promises. di raba sila mu-advise kung unsa nay progress sa ilang "diagnostics" kunohay.. kung unsay na found out nila na guba arun sad ma appease pud ta bah. di sad mo storya ilang technician or kinsa to nay idea. front-desk ra nila mo attend nimo nga mga no-earth pud.
How i wish they stayed small nalang and continuously provide good service. I think this is a price of growth.
wow apil sab akoa P200 diagnostic fee, wala gyod na au ako mobo, with 18days holat!!

lingaw ang green bali, mura og moanha ka then naay customer nga hopeless ila item...murag ma feel pud nmo nga sa ilalom sa ilang kasingkasing nag bukal ang green nga dugo og mabasa nmo sa ilang hunahuna nga "kafaet" asa man ko modagan...
naa pud ko issue sa green bali...wla lng nko gi open sa public kay I respect them...so i just email them...
usa pa nga bati sa green bali kay mag set og time or days or weeks nga tawagan ka pero wla dyuy motawag nmo...bisan miskol...
murag uyab nga nag luib...maypa uyab kay og mingawon kay motxt nga aria ko.hahaha lahi napud ni nga istorya...
