Kasuway ko anah sauna bro, mas paet pa ako sitwasyon kay , ako ofism8 kay bilangkad lang sa amo Manager nga British, total disgrace jud sa female workforce,daily friendster pah!
Mao pud ako gebuhat like the others here, kato nakakita ko better opportunity,byaan nako sila woi.
Apparently, nafotbol ang boss, ako ofism8 nagpabilin pero guba na ang reputasyon.

in different degrees naa gyud ni na mga situations bisan asa pa ta trabaho...yes, do ur best sa imo work unless ug mu apil na sya ug sugo nimo or iya mismo trabaho ipa trabaho nimo...sure ko di na pod na sakto. that wud need some reporting na sa proper channel of communication, just make sure u have ur evidences lang pod ha.

pero kung wa sya maghilabot nimo, ayaw lng hilabti ky masamok na ug ikaw pa ang mabati ug repu ana!

this just happen to me the other day which made me so upset gyud that i almost lost my patience on him. history wise, bully na gyud ni sya ug batasan and to think supervisor sya sa lab...however, he has been noted for staying too long over the phone and not doing his job as he is expected to.

i was busy doing triage for patients coming in the center as well as there are other jobs on top on my desk that needs to be done b4 my shift ends...inshort all of us is expected to do multi tasking. i brought him a strep swab from a patient and right infront of my face...he said this: u never set up a strep kit, it will just take 4min. to do it and that is ur job too! i was caught unguarded among all time of the day kato pa na busy gyud ko kaau...i told him nicely and in civil manner, " I wud gladly do it IF i have no other priority jobs in my work area right now!" and he kept on reasoning out with me...until i felt the warmth in my face and knowing i am about to lose my temper. i turned my back and got teary eyed because i cant scream at him since i am in the work area. our doctors has seen me...and they told me "DONT LET HIM UPSET YOU, JUST DO UR JOB & NOT HIS!"...

when i went home, i didnt had a gud sleep at all and i have to come back to work the next day. i readily told my director of medical support (DMS) about the incident and i felt better because she told me i did the right thing and acknowledged that it wasnt my priority job of wat the Lab supervisor has told me to do...that she too will address it ASAP coz she has heard he has been doing this to make his job easier!

he is a piece of shit as well as a lazy bum just sitting around, while on his mobile phone in the lab all day long.
