Since November pako nag sige balik balik complain, hangtud karon wala jud improvement.

morag depende ra siguro na sa location nimo.. ana gyud na pg wireless. dili stable ang connection, pareha ra na sa canopy. ky canopy user ko for 3yrs. hinay gyud ang connection, maski karon dili gani makaabot og 1mbps maski nonpeak hours

OMG! So all SmartBro Share-It subscribers from Lapu-Lapu to Toledo, places that are 50kilometers away from each other, are all using the same proxy server!
I wouldn't be surprised if this will happen next: that someone from Bogo, and then someone from Santander will post speed test screen shots and they are also using the same IP Address as us. Which would mean that all Share-It Subscribers in the entire province of Cebu are just using the same proxy server!
Panawagan sa mga lain pang subscribers sa Share-It, please post more screenshot pa. Please also include location ninyo. Nindot kaayu ni nga information i-hatag sa NTC kung mu-pasaka ta ug complaint sa NTC nga kita tanan gi pung pong ra diay sa usa ra ka proxy server maong perteng hinaya.

Smart CS Reps tell us the same bullshit also when we call to complain. Fortunately for us Share-It Subscribers, it is very easy for us to know if we are getting getting a very good connection.
All we have to do is look at 2 LED's (light emitting diodes) in the Share-It Router to know that we are getting HSPA/HSDPA coverage, and also getting the strongest possible signal. And if we are already getting HSPA/HSDPA coverage, and also getting the strongest possible signal, then the problem is not with our location but with Smart.

please post sad mo ug screenshot unya ang inyo sad location mga boss. ipakita ta ni sa NTC ug i apil ni nako sa akong complaint sa Smart.

i will be talking to the smart's backend (tech) support supervisor ta-od ta-od (6pm). i have been sending emails almost everyday to customercare regarding my very slow speed. I'll try to take a screenshot of those sent emails and post it here so that anybody will know that smart has not done anything to really fix this issue once and for all.
next time i call hotline, i will be looking for Mo.
