    - alangan lingaw sad kaau to xa mu take ug call oi, "ok im clicking on it sir, ok.. ok.. its not clicking you seE?" hahahaha,, "i cant waive this for you.. my computer will not let me click it." literal kaau. lingaw kaau to oi. ang client lage brad. ok bya ang management,. and ang HR karon kai bag.o na man pud. ok na man cla, cguro mas mu lean jud sa company ang benefits den di sa agent, pero murag nagpa impress pa man gud ang emax sa chase, bag,o bya na accnt.. kadali ra sad kaau ka sa emax oi, daghan kaau ug sakit doh, unsa to imong sakit? deep kaau ta na medical terms dah. hahahaha.. ni sayon man ang emax pag after ato... wala na kaau queue den ang calls kai super routine na so sayon na kaau, pagtake over sa chase back to one napud, den pa impress sa clients.. so torture na pud.. phew.

    HAHAHA.daghan man diay ta gi charjan ug experience sa EMAX.. my experience was f****ng bad.. false expectation nahitabo nako ddto..worst pa gyud kay ako na naghilom hilom ko,accused ko of a rumor na wajud intawon ko naglabot labot.. POWER TRIPPING naman sad ang uban diha.. kanang mga power hungry..BUT REGARDING THE COMPANY'S COMPENSATION BENEFITS..EMAX IS 1 OF THE BEST..

    di man jud na mandatory ang OT, pero if di ka musugot kay candidate man ka for term so OT nalang jud

    Very discouraging it is.. ^_^

    Pero nothing to worry bcoz it's paid now as what I've heard.. They'll improve.. okay? nothing to worry..

    @pau2x.. lahi man ang WaMu or Chase b4.. ang eBay's management lahi man pud.. =( I've been there.. 2 hours of O.T. without pay.. freaking sad huh? that's how it is.. Since I've resigned, that's the only time the management released what's wrong... But's it's too late..

    Good coaches and TLs resigned now.. mostly tenured agent ahead my wave resigned as well.. That's the problem.. But we'll see how they'll going to manage the situation.. Every company has it's ups and downs.. ^_^

    taas man jd ang turn over rates sa mga call center..its a reality they have to deal with.on top of the increasingly high levels of stress, nagkadaghan na sad ang mga call centers so the agents are always on the lookout for the bigger, better paying center that'll come. katong mga good tls and nag una nga mga agents, im almost 100% sure nga naa sila sa bag o nasad nga call center or mas better nga center... i guess call center hopping never goes out of fashion.

    Well technically it's not center hopping.. It's just basic instinct on getting the best compensation center that everyone can get..

    If there's a center hat have this certain compensation that every agent wants? where else can they go? They'll be after for this center or company..

    I'd say google for example.. ^_~

    true but i still call it call center hopping in general. people do that for many reasons...one is looking for greener pastures (as what you said).naa sad daghan nga maghop hop because of other reasons and not particularly because of the best compensation. naay uban nga di lng jud ka lungtad sa ilang company kay dali ra mapul an.

    Yep2x.. Then they should start to get familiarized promotions if they want greener pastures.. They they have the lamiest excuse!
