books by mark wiley? hmmm. his books really lack extensive research. too many assumptions. but commercially, his books are good.

Yep, i thought so too after i read em. Imagine a foreigner writing a book about filipino martial culture. nga kita man gani mismo magka saksak sinagol atong martial arts history asahay.

The late Edgar Sulite is the founder of LAMECO. My friend has an old instructional vhs tape of LAMECO featuring the late GM unfortunately it wasn't kept in a closed container so it was covered with some dust. When I tried to play it, nothing can been seen but the sounds are ok. Does anyone know if this can still be cleaned/repaired?

I also have a short vhs video here about the Jornales System, the Arnis-Sikaran. I would like to convert this to vcd format so that it will be preserved. Anybody have a vhs-vcd converter? I can share this if you'll convert it for me for free. Also have a video here from the Karate tournament held in Cagayan de Oro a few years ago.

What's the content of fighters notebook? is this boxing or grappling?
if you want a grappling partner dapat ka mkabalo unsa weight sa imo partner kay lisod kaayo kng bug-at kaayo imo ma partner. +/- 10 lbs ok ra.
