necessary bay nga naay copy ang both parties....
pwede mo makademand nga hatagan mo sa copy sa signed contract...
if in case naa moy duda sa ihatag nila nga copy, pwede mo makapangayo sa clerk of court, kana kung gi-panotaryohan na sa company...
what if wa notaryohi...
that means pwede mo makadeny nga ni-sign mo sa contract, kay ang lawyer nga ni-sign sa contract serves as third party and a witness sa inyong contract...
its hard to prove nga ni-sign man gud ka if walay witness...
ahh ok2..thanks kau bay! cge..ako ingnon ako migo ani..thanks jud kau sa inyong mga words of wisdom mga pre..![]()
if gusto mo-consult ug lawyer, naa ko i-refer, bag-o ra ni pass sa bar so dili ni cya mahal ug rate (mas maau nga personal lawyer jud inyo kuhaon para legal advice).

pro sad to say there are companies who still have their employees on contractual basis even if its almost a year...moregular lang cla kung one year na kapin...grabe kayo...
lagi, there's nothing we can do with that if they are on contract...
and there are also companies that do not regularize their employees, they prefer subcontracting...
your proby status cannot be extended. the labor code provides that if you work even 1 day beyond 6 months, you're a regular employee.Originally Posted by franz
its not that simple....if you have an apprenticeship agreement, the company must have an apprenticeship program that's registered with the DOLE. if the company uses an "apprenticeship agreement" kuno - without any registered and approved apprenticeship program - then that would be illegal already.Originally Posted by eimarej
i agree with minuano, for a program to be considered as an apprenticeship program, it must be duly approved by the secretary of labor...
