From what i can see from this setup its a closed system. true that the oil has a higher heat capacity than air but sooner or later the oil temp will get higher. Circulating the oil inside the case has no use but to equalize the temperature of the system even faster. What need to be added is a heat exchanger. like this.
Pass oil on the on the tube site inlet and ice cold water on the shell side inlet. That should efficiently remove heat stored on the oil.

My bad i did not check the website, i just looked at the pictures.
It would make sense to add a radiator. But i wonder how much would the difference be if you use a heat exchanger like the one i posted and running ice cold water on the shell side.

guys...i have updated the 1st post on the people who would like to help in this experiment...once ma complete na nato ang tanang needed materials then we will start a work log and get the group a leader...then we get the ball rolling...
HANGYO LANG...pls ayaw nalang sa mo ug komentaryo like magluto ta ug manok, mabaho ang cooking oil etc...and non-pertinent issues kai wala pa gani ta makasugod...malunod lang ang thread sa mga non-essential concerns...1st things first...gather sa ta ug mga materials...

boss, u can add me for the AMD cooler also. naa ko hardisk but its a 40GB IDE. u can also count me in for the silicone sealant and applicator...
