@chukchak: i'm glad to know that. lahi ra gyud bitaw if you're surrounded with love ones, mas gaan ang feeling (murang rejoice shampoo) and paspas ang recovery.do u think your PA has something to do with being so far away? kay at that time ako pud i was living alone. maybe living alone does not suit me.
yes, what i do is just take a dip breath and relax..and if it wont work try ask for medical help
my friend's BF is currently undergoing treatment for this (psychologist). She told me that it happens out of the blue na feeling niya mura siya mamatay or something.
advise your friend na keep on supporting her BF ra jud. he'll go through it once he fully understand what's really happening with him. constant prayers too helps a lot, big time....

similar thing happend to me two years ago and i belived it was triggerd by my paranoia. but i dont think it was something worse like "panic attack". i was never diagnosed. i jus let it go...
it was really annoying, i suddenly felt scared for no apparent reasons. there were the rapid heartbeat and sudden chills. the nervousnes goes away in less than an hour. it occurs once a day for almost two months.
