@Khitty: parehas ta. sige ko'g ka guol atong panahona. learning about it has helped me too. perhaps learning is the first stage to self-healing gyud.

@chukchak: i'm glad to know that. lahi ra gyud bitaw if you're surrounded with love ones, mas gaan ang feeling (murang rejoice shampoo) and paspas ang recovery. do u think your PA has something to do with being so far away? kay at that time ako pud i was living alone. maybe living alone does not suit me.

similar thing happend to me two years ago and i belived it was triggerd by my paranoia. but i dont think it was something worse like "panic attack". i was never diagnosed. i jus let it go...

it was really annoying, i suddenly felt scared for no apparent reasons. there were the rapid heartbeat and sudden chills. the nervousnes goes away in less than an hour. it occurs once a day for almost two months.

more or less, its anxiety disorder of some sort. kasagaran ma-igu ani are those who are perfectionists and those who were having a very active lifestyle nga abruptly na-sedentary. in some cases, hereditary sad.

just don't keep it lang jud. consult a doctor and find someone you trust nga pwede nimo pahungawan ani. after all, it's not something nga abnormal jud. people who has this include Naomi Campbell, Johnny Depp, Winona Ryder, Oprah Winfrey, Alanis Morisette, Eric Clapton, Nicole Kidman, Aretha Franklin, Sir Laurence Olivier, Sir Isaac Newton, Burt Reynolds, Kim Basinger, Barbra Streisand, etc. hey, we're in good company!
