    try uninstalling then reinstalling tcp/ip (ambot kung naa nay ni suggest ani)

    if windows xp:
    go to start
    go to run
    type cmd
    ug type ni: netsh int ip reset resetlog.txt

    press enter unya wait a few seconds unya mugawas balik ang c prompt

    type exit and press enter
    then restart pc

    if windows vista gani, you should be logged in as admin
    go to cmd again (same first steps) pero ang itype kay: netsh winsock reset

    mugawas dayun na: Sucessfully reset the Winsock Catalog

    follow the same last steps

    Thanks sa mga post guys...sorry if dugay-dugay jud ko naka post, aside from being busy sa work im still experiencing this problem...maulian ra xa panagsa....Thanks to all your help, ive used most of them and worked temporarily...i guess i have to reformat nalang this PC...and by the way my setup was, MODEM>>wiROUTER>>wiPC...i-bypass naku usahay ang router pero dili makaconnect pud ang uban computers...

    so.. basically, u cant reach dhcp server.. (whatever)

    bisan wired noh? or connecting to a wiPC?

    if all else fails, u just need to repair windows.. to clear the stack chuvaness..

    usually, this is a physical or hardware issue..

    With that configuration, Modem->PC OK ra siya? and Modem -> Router -> PC OK rapud? Pwedi add more details? Brand and Models for Modem and Router. Wala kay Switch/Hub? With Lan Ports na imong Router? Your ISP?
