    so dili jud pwede.

i remember a client buying a house who taught to pay the DP thru his time deposit
unya nasayop bitaw na sila pagcalculate, dli pa diay makuha...
natiway jud ila reservation fee nga 20,000
unsaon man wala man jud silay laing kwarta except that time deposit
sAKTO, ang time deposit dili dayon ma withdraw. Hehehe! Kung nag time deposit sila may pa gi butang na lang ug insurance or long term vehicles kay taas pa gamay ang interest ug naa pa juy benefits. Di lang gihapon ma withdraw but at least gi lupig ang inflation ug naa pay benefits kay sa time deposit na gamay pa kaayo ang interest, wala pa juy benefits. Paet. hehehe

OT: There are those that hold your funds for only 1 month.

I heard Wealth Bank has relatively "high" time deposit interest rates... around 7 to 8 percent per annum.

    Is it a UITF product?

I suggest if you want to let your money grow, mutual fund is the best and safest vehicle to grow your money, what you can guarantee in a mutual fund is the up and down of the prices per share, that's the only risk but if you invest it for the long term the risk will be minimize.
I can give you one company that started way back 1995, it is PhilEquity Fund, i'm so excited about this company because i Buy share during the recession last 2009, the price per share is around Php 7 / Share but the price per share now is Php 14.6 / share, I just Doubled my money In one year because if i sell my share now the prices is already doubled.

    Philequity Management, Inc.

I remember that it was last year that IMG convinced a lot to people to invest but only a few did our advice. Now only few got great returns.
If you want to start to invest in a mutual fund as of today, I will recommend you to FAMI www.fami.com.ph because prices are still low. Those who already Invested with PhilEquity padayona lang gihapon important thing is you use Cost Averaging Technique, we expect volatility on the market. Invest now before Election because based on history every after elections the Market performance is good.

Without the Financial Knowldege that IMG imparted to me maybe, now I'm still broke.
