    naa kay gi violate brad..

    anyway, una sa tanan .. sunda ilang gi suggest nimo to review your handbook.. mao ni bantayan no sa mga clauses sa handbook og sa imong contract nga gi permahan with both companies..

    - moonlighthing if pwede ba with sa bisan asa nga company

    - non-compete clause ... usually naa gatangag nga kwarta if ni work ka of competitor pabayron ka once ma prove nila nga ur working for them

    - non-confidentiality aggreement.. if gikiha ka nila for non-compete then most likely e-apil nila ang non-confidentiality kay mag assume na sila nga imong gi divulge ang ilang mga trade secrets..

    - double compesation ka sa balaod brad... try to check nalang juresprudence on double compensation kay most likely masangit ka ani..

    Nope. Dili ni pwede.

    Ang company mao ang una dili musugot kay naa jud na conflict of interest. Maski unsaon nimu ug tago nga usa ra jud imung companya, mahibaw-an jud na nila (thru sss, pag-ibig, philhealth contributions, pwede pud ka nila ipa-CI).

    Secondly, risky pud ni sa company. Since dili jud malikayan na ma-overwork ka. Gasto pa sa kompanya ang imung hospitalization
