personal experience ni ha...i have in my collection crysis and crysis warhead.

Q9450 @ 3.2GHZ, Corsair 4GB DDR2 1066, GeForce 9800 GX2 OC to 700/1750/2150
Vista Ultimate 64bit, 180.43 nvidia beta driver

game settings are 1920 X 1200, high settings, Vsync disabled, No AA

though my FPS fluctuates between 41 to 63, there are parts of the game that it falls to 12FPS.
unbelievable isn't it but that's just how CryEngine2 bleeds every juice in my system.

so if you really want to play crysis at its best, (hardcore gamers only),
a much more better rig than mine will do.

that's what i'm talking about. first hand game experience. crysis, is still up to now, one of the games that push our systems, down to knees. XD
we all believe in the saying that "games should be challenging, but only if you are actually playing them" (not in attempting to play @ 3FPS)

very well said... imagine having these games: Crysis, Crysis:Warhead, StarCraft II, Call of Duty 4 & 5, Call of Juarez, Supreme Commander, Oblivion, and more. then, you have a vcard, a GF 8400GS. now, considering you paid say 10K for all these games, would a 1.2K IGP upgrade give your games justice?

I guess STARCRAFT 2 doesn't need such a monster vga or overkill rig and BLIZZARD are not stupid to make gaming software that is only compatible for HI-END PC I mean marketing wise if u remember even WARCRAFT III is still playable in pentium 3 hehehehe I bet SC2 is still playable on P4 w/ agp cards rig

well, i suppose you won't need a monster graphics card. but to be actually able to run the game with all the eye candy, the 8400GS certainly would FAIL.
