I only have 2 points for this ...

    - Indeed there is a problem if the teacher FORCED the student to sign something .

    - The problem lies more on the STUDENT if that student allowed to be EXPLOITED .

Again sa mga daghan na ni reply sharing ghe same sentiments , unsay mabuhat sa maestro or maestra if mo supak ka knowing you are right ? Bisan PSYCHOLOGY PSYCHOLOGY pa na ... its not an excuse or mataha ba ron or whatever it is . The person who FORCED you is not responsible for that SIGNATURE but the SIGNEE alone , no matter what . PERIOD .

you got a good point there sir, which is sakto. Pero nako question. Will the fault lies on the Signee alone? i think it goes both ways. why? coz i think the teacher (in my opinoin ha) somehow "abuse" his power to subconsiously threatened an innocent student. He didnt directly threatened her but his tone of voice or gesture simply suggest nga "sign diri, (sulod sa utok sa teacher - basta dili ni mu sign, aw ang grado nara tumoy sa ballpen)". The student was i think caught offguard, na rattle, and didnt know what to do, kay its not everyday that a faculty member sprout out of nowhere and let's u sign something. Opinion lang ni

    ^^^

That is true but not in most cases . As students , we know why we FAIL or get an NC . If that is the case , then bring it up to the higher level which is the department head but that would be a different issue already .

The teacher can easily say and will always say HE or SHE signed it . I only asked them to . They might be dumb but they are not stupid . Ngano mo pirma man ang 1 ka tao kung wala siya kahibalo unsay gi pirmahan niya ? Now in the case of the TS , he or she knew whats going on , according to her about RH BILL . Now kung supak sa iyaha unya ni pirma siya , dont you think sayop sa EDUCATOR to or sa ni PIRMA ?

Though we also have to consider na naa gyud tao na dali ma rattle and panic when situations like this arises but again its not an excuse because nobody is responsible to our actions but ourselves alone .

still you had the final say to sign it or not,but anyway the issue here is that he/she forced u when this shouldn't be a matter of coercion

    ^^

That is not the issue bai ... the issue is , naay name sa SCHOOL and name sa usa ka TEACHER na ni surfaced out . It is very unethical since TS is inactive and brought it up that cause the stir and brouhaha . What would one feel if he is also an educator much more connected to the REED FACULTY of USC ?
