my wife's way of cooking this she dip the fresh chicken in milk tog. with salt and pepper for about 30mins.-1hr then coat it with flour n fry...so juicy n moist inside.
ang flour sagulan ra nimo ug cornstarch psra sa breading then spicies, mao nay murag jollibee na fried chix. trust me
mas ganahan ko sa max's way of cooking... simple ra kau.. suit to taste ra.. but instead of frying.. turbo akong gamiton.. soft tender crunchy dili uga ang gawas..

For making super crispy...dry crispy coating, fry until browned, then finish cooking in a 350° oven.Parts of the chicken you're not using should be put in a pot with some parsley, carrots, and water to cover. try ninyo katong sa del monte quick and easy nya deep fry lami kaau.. i prefer medium rare, hehe..
Marinating it in milk does wonders....1 hour before deep-frying...puede ra ang Carnation.
Unsay technique para dli kaayo oily ang chicken? Mas nice tingale if i bake siya rather than i deep fry noh?
