    minimize pork intake ky dli maau mg.cge baboy, better p ang beef compared s pork...also fish


    eat more fruits and veggie...it will prolong ur life...hehehe

    Whole grains, mik and green tea everyday for me. But I eat pizza like it's my job every week.
