I know it's been years and I'm not sure if the question has been resolved but I'd just like to point out that the dude with the 416 is not regular Army, but a member of the US Army's AWG.

Here's a sample document that been Unclassed but still FOUO.Jack Alvarez, a tactical advisor with the U.S. Army's Asymmetric Warfare Group, sits at an abandoned hospital in during an operation in Baquba, Iraq, June 21, 2007. Alvarez, a retired sergeant major, is attached to the 5th Battalion, 20th Infantry Regiment, 3rd Stryker Brigade Combat Team, 2nd Infantry Division. (U.S. Army photo by Staff Sgt. Curt Cashour)
There's an AWG thread with a bunch of cool pics at MilitaryPhotos.Net.
The 416 has since been stripped off the AWG's armory, they're now back to carrying M4s.
The Navy SEALS need to come and train our pinoy military. These Navy SEALS are quite possibly the coolest people on the planet, taking out terrorists and pirates with 50-cals without so much as batting an eyelash LOL
If you mean competent training instructors, our NavSOG instructors are one of the best in the business.
US Navy SEALs do come around frequently either to cross-train with our SEALs or to do missions here. We just don't hear about them.
Hint: If you take the ferryboat daily from Pier 3 to Lapu-Lapu City or vice versa, you will occasionally spot a Mark V SOC Boat docked on the pier near SM (see picture below). If you see this boat, then definitely US Navy SEALs are in town.
