Im not kidding pero in a months' time nidako akong bicep and shoulder or maybe because nawala ang fat? ive read sa bodybuilding.com "you want big arms?, then squat!" hehehe farOut no? pero ang target mangud ani niya is ang core muscles nimo and overall muscle jud sa kalawasan ba, mafeel nako ang ako heartbeat even after hours na pgworkout, AND naa gagawas 2pack sa taas gani sa tiyan hehe, mao cardio dayun para mawala ang tambok sa tiyan mugawas najud ni magdungan mi ni P-Chan sa beach! bwahahaha manlaki mi! ay leche!

mag bulking sa ko gamay ron kai mag cutting na ko na "tarong" (daw) hahaha! palabi pud ko ug deadlift akong quads gi maol to the max.. shoulders nako ni balik na pud ang sakit.. para wa na pud palusot ako gi blog mga progress, workout, diet, ect sa akong workout para if naai sayop or unsa ma trace ra nako..
@onins: akong gi-bookmark imong blogspot bro para i-bailk2x nako tan-aw imong before and after shot!
i just exercise at home, on my own pace and in a month, i lose a scanty 3 lbs. not much of a progress but at least its still a progress. the experts said that losing fat is not the same as losing weight and i guess i maybe shedding the fats away after all. ako lang na obeserve is that i'm not as "bunol" as i was before. so padayun lang gihapon and kinahanglan jud patience even the if the result is not that grand.
mas lingaw gud ang fats kai sa weight.. kai mas nindot gud tanawon if naai definition(cut) ang lawas..
