I don't see this happening soon maybe 8 - 15 years from now

• basing on Gov't projects, basta Gov't Hinay ug progress, North Reclamation for Example, pila ka years usa pa ni barog ang mga buildings dha, and until now you can't say that NRA is really that developed maski naa pa ang PARKMALL, SM, CDU, etc. dha.

• Filinvest is a big company but has a bad reputation when it comes to on-time-delivery, even if mahuman ni nilag sayu ang CITA de Mare, kinsay may tao ganahan mo puyo sa lugar nga wlay silingan? and dli pa ingun ana ka develop na place

• SM may own a big lot there but they are now more focus in North SM rather than the South, why? kung ikay SM mag tokod ba d ay kag Mall sa lugar nga wla pay tao?


SRP is a nice move for CEBU I just hope dli na mapareha sa NRA sa kahinay sa development. I'm pretty sure Cebu City Officials are prepared for Cebu's Growth.

SM is hoping to be fully operational at SRP by 2013.

All this talk about Cebu's development is good, at least we have something to look forward to. Honestly, this said development is running at a turtle's pace but hopefully it'll change sometime soon. We shouldn't aim to become another Manila, but a better and more progressive Cebu.

if you look back, SM Cebu was the only structure in NRA except for White Gold at that time.....

if there is an SM in the mountains, 100% sure, there will ALWAYS be a jeepney route and structures will rise eventually.....
